Returns

• Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
• Bulk orders that were custom-sourced on request

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
